Eliza Hernandez

With deep sorrow we announce the passing of Eliza Hernandez, 65, of Douglas, AZ. Our father

opened the gates to her with open arms on July 22, 2024. Her presence filled every room with

warmth and joy, and her unconditional love shaped us into who we are today. Eliza was known

for her strength and resilience for facing life challenges with her head held high. Eliza is

survived by her son, daughter inlaw, grandkids, great grandson, and siblings.

A viewing will take place at Alex Espinosa's funeral home in Bisbee, Arizona on Thursday

August 1st at 12:00 pm, followed by a Rosary at 7:00. Continuing with a mass on Friday, August 2nd at Immaculate Conception

Church in Douglas, Arizona at 11:00 am.

Maiza, your strength and love will forever be in our hearts and will be a reminder for us to never

give up and reach for the stars, as you would always say. We will forever miss your countless

stories, phone calls, and jokes.
