Barbara Morales

Barbara Jean Morales, 77

On June 5, 2024, Barbara joined her husband David in heaven. Barbara was born in Hon,

Arkansas. As a young child, she moved to Bisbee, Arizona with her parents LA and Imogene

Plummer. Barbara attended elementary and high school in Bisbee. She did return to Arkansas

for most of her 8 th grade year before coming back to Bisbee.

Barbara left high school early to start a family, several years later in 1972, Barbara married

David Morales of Bisbee. They joined their families together to create a new family. Barbara

held several jobs throughout her life however, she was most remembered as an owner of the

Pizza House in Bisbee. After selling the Pizza House, Barbara went to work for the Cochise

County Treasurer's Office as a Business Manager for several years. Barbara continued her

tenure with Cochise County as the Business Manager of the Cochise County Superior Court

Clerk's Office, before retiring in 2006 and focused her efforts on enjoying retirement and helping

raise her grandchildren. Barbara enjoyed her time with her sons and grandchildren as well as

her bingo trips with the girls.

Barbara was preceded in death by LA Plummer (Father), Imogene Plummer (Mother), David

Morales (Husband), Michael Steven Morales (Son) and Manuel Morales (Grandson). Barbara is

survived by her brother Gary Plummer (Susan), sons Render Gregory (Stephanie), Rich

Morales (Julie), Francisco "Frank" Morales (Bertha) and grandchildren Render Gregory Jr.,

Blake Gregory, Cade Morales, Kendall Morales, Angela Morales, Celina Morales, David

Morales, Andrea Leon Foster, Manessa Morales, Michael Morales and Marcus Morales.

Services will be held at St. Patrick's Catholic church in Bisbee, Arizona on Saturday, July 6,

2024, at 9:00 AM.
