Luis Armando Martinez

Luis Armando Martinez gained his angel wings and was called home to be with our Lord on May 26, 2021. He was born in Douglas, Arizona on April 4, 1973 to Frank and Eva Martinez where he and his eight siblings grew up. He graduated from Douglas High School and worked for Arizona Pipeline Co. as a Coordinator until his death.

Luis is survived by his children; Mariana Christina Martinez, Julian Andres Martinez, CheyeAnne Diaz, Tyler Diaz, Luis Martinez Jr., Donovan Martinez, his grandchildren Ayden Martinez, Sophie Diaz, Sebastian Diaz and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

The youngest of eight, he is also survived by his two brothers Frank Martinez, Mario Martinez, and his four sisters Lupita Christoffersen, Stella Martinez, Celena Martinez, and Annie Iniguez. 

He is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Eva, his older brother Pete Martinez.

He was a loving brother, uncle, a great friend to many, but most importantly an amazing father. He was the light in everyone's life, known for his great humor and jokes, his loving lighthearted spirit, and his selfless ways. He was a gentle soul and always telling everyone, I Love You!

He will be utterly missed by those who were blessed to be part of his life. We are comforted knowing that he is at peace and reunited with Mom, Dad, and our Brother.
